Great to use in team work
Ok
Super for projects. But costs too much.
Quick, good looking, slightly less intuitive after last upgrade.
Recent upgrade didn't do much good to it, but the app is perfect expansion of desktop/ browser version.

Waste of time
Upload pictures in the app is a mess I have close the app and open it again like three or four times just ti upload pictures, it makes me waste time everyday.
Great service but app is a little flaky
Love Basecamp for the most part especially on desktop. The iOS app sometimes won’t let me enter the message box or, when I can enter the box, it won’t let me send. I also wish that the Hey tab included pings.
Couldn’t be productive without it
Seriously, my team would not be as productive without Basecamp. Tried Slack but Basecamp stuck.
Not for mobile
I’ve read Rework. Long time ago. The company talks a big game about their culture and bla bla, but at the end of the day, this is either a lazy web wrapper, or just a complete disaster of an iOS app. It does not feel like a native iOS app. It’s terrible; the way it handles checklists (the basic thing you’d want from this kind of app) stinks major doody; and it is so clumsy. So slow. So bleh. If Basecamp is so great, why does your iOS app stink? This feels like it was made for a desktop experience, and is still stuck in 2006. Disappointing.
