I can never log in. Once I verify my account with a text it always tells me something went wrong. I don’t even understand the point in them having an app if it does t work at all.

Customer service is the worst
Terrible service that denies claims even ones that have been doctor authorized for years. No consistency- I’ve proven every instance medically substantiated but only after stress and make ch time diverted from my family & work.
They always deny and ask for receipts constantly. I believe they do this on purpose. They forget this is my money. I’m an adult and know what a covered expense is. Can’t wait to get it of this plan next year.
I am trying to log in to my account. The verification code was sent and all it says instead of logging in is “SOMETHING WENT WRONG”…come on man. I can’t submit ANYTHING!!!😡
App lacks functionality, it’s hard to find denied reimbursement requests, and reasoning for decline that is provided is not clear. Beyond the app, the company is difficult to work with, and support request system does not work.
I just need a mailing address for reimbursement of an insurance payment and can’t find it on this site. Your phone system is even worse.

Updated the app and added more bugs. Doesn’t even recognize my account anymore. I have to login on a computer only
This company is very hard to deal with. They seem to question receipts for the purpose of not wanting to pay the amount. I had all things in order and the reimbursement was denied 3 times because they said the date of service was not on the receipt. It definitely was and the credit card receipt had the same date but it was still questioned. I have spent hours on this and it should take ten minutes. Be very leery of this company.
