I recently had an awful experience with Batikair, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. The service was shockingly bad, and I strongly advise others to reconsider flying with them. First and foremost, the delays were unbearable. We were kept waiting for hours without any clear explanation or updates. Instead of being honest, they continuously fed us excuse after excuse that made no sense—clearly a tactic to cover up their mismanagement. It's completely unacceptable for an airline to treat passengers with such disregard for their time and comfort. The lack of communication and transparency was frustrating, and the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. It felt like they simply didn’t care about the inconvenience they were causing to the passengers. I sincerely hope Batikair takes a serious look at how they handle customer service because, right now, they are falling far short of acceptable standards. I won’t be flying with them again and would suggest others avoid them if they value their time and a stress-free travel experience.
