Worst app to download

Why its been created when it is not working.. trying to cancel my flight but there is no option for it online or on website..

The worst app for the worst airline

Nothing works in the app, just like Batik Air in general. Terrible customer service. Terrible app. Terrible luggage handling (they damaged my back twice in 2 flights) and terrible company. Avoid it AT ALL COSTS.

App doesn’t work

Waste of time, can’t see why this app is even here? Try to search for a flight and just keep getting don’t fly on this date. You can’t see what is available to assist buying planning a purchase. Don’t bother!

This is the worst airline in the world. They completely spoiled our life. Will never forget. To be honest, if you are reading this review, immediately save yourself from them please 🙏.

Worst airline and worst staff at bali airport

Just with the heavy heart this is the first time i am writing an negative review. You guys are robbers God is watching you Bali airport staff asked me to bribe for 200k They cancelled my flight even when i was waiting for 6 hrs Staff are just robbers Worse staff Worse Airline

NO LOG IN FUNCTION

Can't log into the app??? Do you just checkin at the airport

No functionality

Pointless app. You can’t login or add any existing bookings not made through the app. Flight Status etc functions are all ‘under development’. Not sure what the pint of this app is.
