Dodgy buggy app
Hi I logged in and set up authenticator but it only works for push notification logins and tells me to go back to login every time I open the app
Another Blizzard feature that doesn’t work properly
1: The app gets locked on a screen and even closing the app and re-opening doesn’t fix it 2: it doesn’t receive codes sent from the website in case you want to change your details 3: doesn’t actually send Push notifications when though you enabled them on setup 4: the promised extra in-game bag slots are not delivered So many errors might be tolerable and fixable - but if you try to get customer support from Blizzard via the website and logging in, THAT system is also broken and you can’t raise a ticket
Broken for me
Last update seems to have broken the app. Stuck on the ‘logging in’ bit now.
Connecting…
As of today the app is stuck on ‘Connecting…’
Login still doesn’t work
I can log in with no problem in game or on website. But this app has never worked. Nothing odd about my setup. Just an iPhone. Support, as usual from Blizzard, would laughable if you weren’t paying for it.
App won’t load
The app wont load since the latest update. Just says connecting but doesn’t connect
No longer works
The app no longer loads my friends list or any other information. It just says "connecting" and buffers the entire time the app is open. I tried leaving it for 30mins to see if it would eventually connect but it doesn't. Useless to me now.
Account set up
Tried setting up an account to play Diablo the Authenticator counting dice did it all correctly and low and behold it said I am not a human Even tried the audio said it was wrong Even though I do know what water or a change of music sounds like. I would have given 0 stars. It would be easier to get in to Fort Knox lol what a piss take 😡😡😡😡
fix it
Doesn’t even let me download the app. It buffers then stops straight away
