Great App but please add dark Icon version
The App is working perfectly! Especially when comparing to other competitors…But pleasee add an IOS 18 dark Icon version, I think many would appreciate that, including me

Im normalfall sehr gute app aber seit 3 tagen kommt man nicht in die app rein.
Qr Code Einscannen geht schon seid Monaten nicht . Wie oft ich schon angerufen hab zähl ich nima
Wäre es irgendwann mal möglich das man wieder QR Codes Einscannen könnte . Damit wären Überweisungen echt easy aber nicht bei der bawag App . Wie oft ich den Support kontaktiert hab zähl ich nicht mehr es ändert sich nichts !!!!
Unlogisch, altmodisch, Fehlfunktionen
Daueraftragsänderungen können nicht wie bei den anderen Banken (zB Bank Austria) ein Tag davor geändert werden! Diese werden ein Tag davor schon vorgemerkt und können nicht umgeändert oder gar storniert werden. Abbuchungen seitens der Bank werden nicht nach Vereinbarung am Vereinbarungstag abgebucht sondern ein/zwei Tage vorher. Dauerafträge erstellen: es wird automatisch einmalig vorgeschlagen bei der Erstellung! Es heißt Dauerauftrag, warum wird einmalig als erstes vorgeschlagen - einfach überflüssig. Dauerauftrag Empfänger IBAN änder geht auch nicht, man muss den DA komplett stornieren und einen neuen erstellen. Alles andere als Bedienerfreundlich🤮🤮 verwenden die Bawag Mitarbeiter eigentlich die App privat? Oder habt ihr auch schon mit euren Konten zur Konkurrenz gewechselt, würdet ihr die App verwenden, müsste euch da ja auffallen!
Zufrieden
Ich nutze die App schon lange und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Funkion. Die im eBanking gespeicherten Vorlagen wären fein wenn die auch hier zur Verfügung stünden.
Nach neuem IPhone und Transfer geht nichts mehr und PW sollte Falsch sein……
Wenn man probiert PW zuändern geht’s auch nicht und auf der Webseite steht man sollte es via App machen lächerliche sch….
update 2.12.2024
seit dem heutigen update der app funktioniert der login nicht mehr. pw zurücksetzen bringt nichts. kommt zwar mail dass das rücksetzen erfolgreich war, aber es wird aufs neue nicht erkannt!

Wann bekommt die App endlich alle Funktionen die es im online Banking gibt? Es kommen immer Neuerungen dazu, aber leider dauert es ewig
