App lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen seit OS 13.1.1. - Fehlermeldung “error while loading the app information on your device” - auch nach Neuinstallation...

Funktioniert nicht

Liebe Entwickler bei der Bawag, Wie wäre es denn eine App zuerst fertig zu entwickeln bevor sie ausgerollt wird? Seit der grandiosen Umstellung kann ich mein Telefon für onlinebanking nur noch mit Browser nutzen, da ich gehört habe, dass im Laufe des nächsten Jahres auch beim normalen Portal eine Umstellung auf das neue „alles klar“ System kommt, lassen Sie mir wenig Auswahl als mir eine neue Bank zu suchen! (Dies nachdem ich seit 20 Jahren PSK Kunde bin) Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht von der diletantischen Umsetzung eines solchen Mamutprojekts! Ich bin mehr als 90% des Jahres im Ausland und muss mich auf onlinebanking zu 100% verlassen können! Manchmal sind alte funktionierende Systeme besser als neue die viele Kunden enttäuschen! Zu meinem Problem, ich konnte mich zuerst nicht registrieren und jetzt ist mein Beutzer gesperrt und ich soll die Bawag anrufen, wie gesagt bin ich im Ausland und nicht gewillt horrende Telefonkosten in Kauf zu nehmen um etwas zu reparieren das vorher tadellos funktiniert hat.

Can’t login. It’s slow. Hence not easy to use.

A technical error has occurred

Every time you really need the app it doesn’t work, the old app didn’t look as nice but it at least worked!

Gutes design, viel zu langsam

Die App fühlt sich besser an die zuvor, leider ist sie aber viel langsamer
