Easy to use
Very easy to use. It saves a lot of my time with payments.
Zeichnungsfehler nach 3 Tagen
Hallo Überweisung und zugehörige Zeichnung funktioniert nach erstmaliger Installation ganz normal. Bei nächster Überweisung/Zeichnung (2-3 Tage später) tritt ständig ein Zeichnungsfehler auf. Dann muss die App wieder neuinstalliert werden. Nach Neuinstallation klappt alles wieder für 2-3 Tage, danach wieder wie gewohnt ein Zeichnungsfehler. Anruf bei der Hotline und Löschung der vermerkten Geräte vom Account hat nach mehrmaligen Versuchen auch nicht geklappt. Bitte behebt endlich diesen Zeichnungsfehler, das geht seit der Einführung der App so! Ich sehe mich gezwungen künftig die Bank zu wechseln und einen Anbieter mit einer besseren App-Lösung zu wählen.

Gefällt mir nicht, denn oft genug passiert es, dass ich mich nicht einloggen kann. Die App braucht ewig oder meldet, ich solle es doch später nochmals probieren.
Undurchdacht und unausgereift
Man kann sein Passwort nicht zurücksetzen. Wenn man einmal registriert ist und das Passwort verliert gibt es keine Möglichkeit die App zu nutzen bzw nutze ich seit damals deswegen gar keine Bawag-App mehr weil es so schlecht gelöst wurde. Ok man kann die Hotline anrufen. Trotzdem wenn man schon auf modern und K l a r macht, dann bitte eine normale digitale Lösung. Sonst ist die App gut, aber seit damals nicht mehr nutzbar. Welcome in 2019!
