B&B HOTELS: book a hotel

I tried to book a hotel for two days where I needed only one breakfast for the first day as I have to check out early on the second day when they do not serve breakfast. The app only allows all or nothing. I wish it could be more advanced…

I couldn’t find the bookings I made on the website on the app. Shouldn’t it appear automatically when you login? Also, canceling a reservation doesn’t work even on the website.

This aught to be the most slapstick app on the net!!! My spouse an I tried (4) four times to book a room at their PUTZBRUNN, Bavaria location and waisted some 40 minutes plus each occasion in filling and refilling the required data; only to discover that previously completed windows were voided. Called the Obote specified hotel only to be brushed off by the agent responding with the “sage” advice to try again and provide a credit card number; and call back in 10 Minutes if that fails again. It did fail needless to say and a return call was attempted @ 19:10 hours 2023,10.25, that was not answered for six minutes, when we decided to hang up. During the above cited period, were subjected to a barrage of badly translated rants in English and German by an AI-voice praising their plethora of offering. Ingo S.

Promotion trompeuse vous réserverez avec un prix intéressant alors vous n aurais pas les 100 point

Bonjour très bonne appli. Je l’utilise tous les jours. Je suis un adepte de B&B depuis des années. la réservation sur les chambres est superbe. Ça m’évite bien des galères par rapport à d’autres hôtels. Par contre le petit bémol c’est pour la montre connectée avant on avait le numéro de chambre et le code quand je cliquais dessus et là rien du tout. c’est dommage, donc c’est un petit correctif pourrait se faire ça serait un plus. Merci

Je remercie le Service Client qui a été très réactif pour résoudre mon problème de connexion au site. J’ai eu une expérience au bb hôtel d’Aubenas qui a été très satisfaisante. Maintenant je m’apprête à séjourner à Gresy sur Aix, et j’attends avec impatience car c’est un plaisir d’être dans vos hôtels.

Vive le numérique. Abandonner un service client gratuit sans vérifier que l'appli fonctionne (le lien d'activation du compte ne déverrouille pas la possibilité de réserver malgré plusieurs tests et relance de l'appli), au moins cela laisse de la place à d'autres concurrents. Bravo 👏👍

Les hôtels sont dans l’ensemble, par contre les petits déjeuners sont très chers pour ce qu’ils proposent
