Using bb daily for more than 6 months now. Excellent service, very very happy.

Product quality is poor

Had placed my first order today. Got the delivery today morning. Curd, bread and urad dal were some of the items received. Curd was 2 days old. Bread quality was poor, organic Tata urad dal was not at all good

Poor design

The data between the App and the website is never in sync.

Really very good, Can be better

One feature I think it would be useful, is to allow each account holder keep multiple shopping list linked to the BB shopping items (with edit function)saved to their account. This way it is easy to order each time. If This is already there, please let me know. So far the products are of good quality and no issues. Thanks Nazeer
