Sir, The home page is not available for the past three days But the orders wallet and complaint side is ok I mentioned this yesterday told me to send a snap. For any location of Pune it say not serviceable to this location in the map.
Identified that suddenly your list of subscriptions don’t appear any more and you need to contact Helpdesk to modify, pause or cancel it. What a pain!
App help is useless. It does not allow us to enter the correct address. Consequently deliveries are going to the wrong block. When contact help on chat they keep telling us how to correct the address without actually understanding our problem. Overall a big Zero help
Prices are different on app downloaded on Samsung android and Apple phone which is not understood
Trying for last 3 days to place order,but every time when I click “Place order” what I get is “product stock unavailability”.Tried getting help nothing worked.Frustrating
These were working features but at some time (around a couple months now) they stopped working. Don’t add new features but at least don’t break such important and obvious features.
1. Zero credibility and lowest commitment level 2. Every morning quantity delivered will be less as compared to shown as delivered in the app. Worst way to start morning with customer care 3. Customer care will keep on making fool that we have re arranged to deliver items in next 60 mins only to regret later that it won’t be delivered 4. Dumb deaf and blind management who will never take any action and customer will be left to suffer for ever. Not worth subscribing even if this is the last option unless services are not improved. Subscribe once and regret forever.
If you are in Kerala, I would encourage you to not use this service. They won’t deliver your order and will keep you money. Worst service.
Last moment they are canceling the items which are on discount telling it’s out of stock. If something is out of stock they should not allow to order itself. They are allowing to order and at last moment canceling it.
