Could not be less usable.

Since I changed phones I’ve not been able to get the app to work. I’ve done through the process twice and each time I have to resubmit the video etc to no avail.

It was fast and efficient to sign up online. Thank you !

Total invasion of privacy . Stupid NDP needs to be thrown out. Instead of making things easier as usual they just complicate things with red tape and bureaucracy.The developer of this app should pay for all the lost time of fooling around. It’s not that complicated to created a app that works but instead it seems to be spaghetti code and the only thing this app does that’s good is steal your private data and information. I wonder how much the corrupt politicians paid their buddies to create this fraud app? Probably friends of the Ad scam app. The millions they spent to create this app is a total waste of tax payer money and time.

Easy and helpful

It gives me an error that the app is not installed correctly when trying to set up authentication

Got a new phone and tried install this app - it would install but won’t let me login to my account. It keeps showing “Server Unavailable” message and Error 116. It keeps asking to delete the app and install again. No matter how many times I would delete and reinstall the app, it won’t work! So frustrating. Government pushes us to install and use this app and pushes other organizations to use this so called secure app but it won’t even work properly!

Stuck in a loop

Absolutely awful. Deletes your account then asks you to copy it from another device, but won’t let the app run on another device. Stupid, stupid, stupid. And once they delete your account you have to go through the entire qualify setup routine, including the multi day wait for confirmation. What a freakin’ joke. (And I ain’t laughing!)
