Error 302 every time I submit my registration request. It’s stuck at email verification and does not allow me to continue. And the help desk phone call never gets picked up. I called them at 4:40 and wait for 20 minutes for the “next agent” that never showed up and when it hit 5:00 the system said “we are closed, BYE!” And hang up on me.

This is the worst app I have ever had to use.

Server error 302. Be nice if I were actually able to register again since I had to get a new phone but once again the government fails.

I need this app to access my schedule from Work BC and the app won’t even let me enter my birthday without crashing, why is the government relying on an app that is so poorly built?

Error code 214 have removed and gone through the whole verification process and still won’t work. Can’t call you as just on hold forever. Is there a fix coming as many people seem to be having similar issues??

I cannot do anything to set up my id on here you guys need to make it available for iOS 18

Nothings easy, everything thing you try to do takes you in circles and discourages users. Should be able to do everything off 1 app not have 3 different apps for 1 goal!

Cannot get into Lab results for two days.
