The system is always under maintenance. Sending money is always unsuccessful. Too many hassle on the services.

Useless App
All BDO apps are useless, been asking me to open an account which I already have. Rating is below zero.
Log in issue
Cant log in despite the fact using my BDO Online credentials as required.
Unable to do any transaction
If there is 0 or -0 sa rating kau un. Aside from it is hard to reach you, i am unable to do any transaction using this app. Funny that you asked to T/S, dont you think I didnt do that prior? or are you just holding peoples money para ma include sa year end savings report 😂

Looks Good
The app looks good. It’s comparable to other e-wallet apps. It seems complete. It has seamless integration with BDO accounts. I haven’t used it but looking forward to it soon. If there is any thing I can suggest, rename or rebrand it to avoid thinking it’s just an extension of BDO accounts and make it appealing to the masses.
