Citi to Unionbank account
I cannot open an account using my Citi credit card as previously announced. Please fix this problem. Very frustrating

WORST MOBILE BANKING APP
Very slow and update everyday
Terrible
This app is ridiculous. I was trying to create an account on my citibank credit card however it keep saying error and we cannot process your request at this time. I was reaching out the customer service by email but nothing happened. Currently, I am in Canada and initiated to call the international hotline number but unreachable. Citibank app is way more better than this.

Loading of information takes a lot of time! The citi mobile app is way faster than this!
Issue with Opening an Account
I tried to open one today. I did it through their website in my laptop. I did all the instructions and sent all the documents needed. Application was a success and I received a reference number. However, after I received an email saying that I completed the online application form, I had to choose one of two options to complete my application. I did option one which is to DOWNLOAD the app. But before I can even finish the application, I was redirected again to the main page. Pop up says I was logged out because of security reasons. I did it over and over but nothing happened. this is a bit frustrating.
Bad customer service
I emailed a few times to update ng phone number for OTP purposes since my old number was lost. yes, you responded to my emails but telling me to go to the nearest branch. I did explain that I cannot because I am in Canada, I gave all the information on the email and its been six months and I have not received any response. Tried calling your phone number through my friend in the Philippines but the operator always say the under maintenance kayo. Give me my 9000 pesos back!
Not sending OTP
Tried accessing online banking several times. They don’t send the OTP. And it takes 300 seconds to wait till you can resend request. And the next time still unsuccessful. Haisst!

could not open account in app
I tried downloading the app to open an account. I was asked to visit a branch. I had to redo the account opening in branch. After a couple of hours or more. I was told to wait for notification. After 2 weeks, still no confirmation whether new account was approved.
