it’s ok but no email notif?
it’s ok but i dont get emails regarding my fund transfers anymore. is this intended?
SLUGGISH PERFORMANCE
New mobile app is excessively slow, causing the verification codes to take an eternity to arrive, leaving users with just 60 seconds to enter them.
Balance Conversion doesn’t work
I am currently in Canada, can’t use the balance conversion to manage payment terms. It says “No available payment terms”
Fix this APP!
Metrobank new phone APP is very slow! Verification codes takes forever to come while the app would only allow 60seconds to enter the code. Fix this! I’m from Canada and I’ve used the previous app to managed my account with Metro without stress. The new APP sucks! Yes we want security but make sure it works!

I've been trying to enroll my account but I always get the same error that my account migration failed. I have sent a lot of emails but still no help.

Been trying to create an account but it all ends up to saying “Some detail is incorrect”
Online Banking Platform
This is the worst mobile banking in the Philippines. Very late updates. Late OTPs. No real time info of accounts. Has many bug issues in app. Literally NOT IN GOOD HANDS. App always fails. You’re wasting time here. Bank personel tells you that they will send an email or other confirmations for your updates but its all talk. I suggest to use other banks
