The app says my Hungarian phone number is incorrect, incorrectly. Then, I tried reach out to customer service via chat, but it is a chatbot only telling me to call. I cannot call, I am a tourist. I tried overcoming the bug, could not.
Can’t register with Hungarian phone number
An amazing way to get around in the center of KL, however it can be very difficult to find beams in the evening - would love to see more of them, to find them easier. That’s why its only 4 star, otherwise it would be 5.

I payed $2 for not moving 1 mm because the foot stand wouldn’t move and was rusty on three scooters. This is a scam. They need to keep it in good condition if they gonna charge for it
