Servizio scadente
7 euro di spedizione anche se spendi sopra i 50 euro , ma sopratutto la lentezza nelle spedizioni. Io ho fatto un ordine il 12/03 e oggi siamo al 27/03 e non c’è traccia del mio pacco . Nemmeno nel sito di tracking . Mi è già capitato e solo con Beauty Bay . Sconsigliato parecchio . Peccato perchè ha molte cose interessanti .

Problema
Sta dando problemi nella ricerca dei prodotti, non faccio in tempo a digitare la prima lettera che sparisce tutto! Sì può risolvere il problema perché così è impossibile usare l’app!
Nessun rimborso e mancavano 4 prodotti.
Premessa: amo beauty BAY, ma son rimasta MOLTO delusa dalla poca serietà del servizio clienti. Fine ottobre faccio un ordine, con tanti prodotti e ne mancavano 4. Più volte ho scritto sulla chat del sito, sull app e tutto . Ma il mio rimborso ancora non c’è. Dopo tot email di sollecito, hanno pure SMESSO DI RISPONDERMI ! Quindi, per questo, rimango delusa e amareggiata per la poca serietà dimostrata da Beuty bay e chi ci lavora. Vergogna!
Insomma
Do 4 stelle perché veramente ben fatta MA crasha ogni due per tre, davvero non è possibile nemmeno fare un pagamento che mi si chiude tutto.

L’app non va più,non carica
Wow!
Devo dire che le parecchie recensioni negative mi hanno un po’ turbata... ma mi sono assolutamente ricreduta all’arrivo del pacco: il corriere che me lo ha portato è stato il GLS. Il mio ordine è arrivato dopo 1 settimana e mezza ma, da quanto ho capito, potrebbe metterci anche due settimane a causa covid-19. I prodotti sono arrivati ben incartati in una scatola con il logo BEAUTYBAY Ben visibile, quindi facile da riconoscere. Non ho trovato nessuna pecca a parte per il tracciamento che sul sito ufficiale viene riportato in ritardo (o non viene riportato), ma se si clicca sul pulsantino “VISIT CARRIER VEBSITE” si trovano tutte le informazioni. BEAUTY BAY ASSOLUTAMENTE PROMOSSO!
