Great for navigating with Beeline Moto
Totally recommend the app together with the little device to navigate. Already used on my trip to CA 236 and it worked flawlessly even in spots with bad internet reception.

Much better routing than most apps of its class, but I'm a city biker, so the lack of spoken navigation and street names while on a route are really disappointing. I'm having to look at my phone and take my eyes off the road wayyyyy more than I feel safe doing.
Used it for a 1000 miles journey around Lake Michigan. Could not have done it without it!!
I’ve been riding for a decade and for the first time I finally have found an app that is intelligent in the routes that it chooses for you. The option of the “fun” or “fast” way is a simple and effective solution to an issue that all motorcyclists face when using a navigation app, I am just surprised that nobody has made such an app early. I also purchased the Beeline Moto device which is a perfect pair for this app so I don’t have to mount my phone to my handlebars, which is known to ruin phone cameras, as well as draining batteries by having the screen on for prolonged periods of time. Regardless, the app, Moto device or not, is a must have if you are looking to use your phone to get around on your motorcycle.
I was looking for an app that I could plot out a ride on a map on my Apple CarPlay, on my new Gold Wing and this app is impressive.
I really like the Beeline product. t is a joy to use on the bike. That said, it would benefit greatly from a desktop app to plan routes. I currently need to use a third party route planning app on the computer which is far from ideal. I’m forced to create and download GPX files. Also, the phone app always selects the fastest routes vs. the “best” curvy motorcycle routes.
So far it works good but my main problem is that I wish it would pair with my Bluetooth so I could listen to the road directions as well as see the arrow. Sometimes I don’t have a moment to look down while I’m riding or I can’t see the dot with a quick glance and I miss my turn. My phone is always near by so it’s not really that hard if the app had it available.
Beeline has been great, I’ve been using at as a compact alternative in my older vehicles without navigation. Beeline Moto literally should just be “pocket GPS” because it works in cars too. HOWEVER, one thing I’ve noticed. They really need to change it so the “re-routing” actually re routes instead of telling you to make 300 U-turns before it finally tries to make a new optimal route. Seriously, it will try and get you to u-turn over 10 times before it changes the route and just out of curiosity I followed it’s suggestions and it made me do 5 left turns. Major flaw in the navigation, otherwise this unit is perfect.
What a steal/deal! Works v well. Love: - usb c charging on device (not that it needs charging often) - App works well and integrates with apple health - iPad version Would be awesome to have a watch version, but I guess that’s the device itself, right?
Don't worry about my list of "Cons" (below), this app is really good. These cons are just a few parameters that Beeline doesn't do at this time. I use three apps for motorcycle route planning; each with strengths. Of those apps, Beeline is the quickest, easiest and most stable. Pros: Free; stable code, no glitches while using; fast & easy route planning; easy to read map; spiffy turn indicator with distance read-out; newly added GPX export; super responsive company. Cons: No landscape mode; one cannot change the route once a ride begins (however, it will automatically re-route); route rating is not granular enough (a rating covers the whole ride, not tunable for individual streets); no iPad application (just the phone app puffed-up to fit a larger screen).
