A pitiful app that steals your money. I made a cancellation (following the cancellation policy or doing it minutes before the starting minute), and no money reimbursed. I contacted customer service (Mike), and after kind reminders to send me reimbursement, no answers whatsoever. Pitiful…
They charged the parking booked and they didn’t send the pass on time. Now 3 weeks later they are delaying the refund and time of response of the help point it’s around 1 week per email. It’s not acceptable
Would be nice if you can choose the type of vehicle before the search

En principio parece muy útil para planear un viaje a los USA. Habrá que ver como funciona in-situ.
Me parece la mejor opcion para buscar parking en USA on line. Bravo por esta aplicacion.
