BestParking: Get Parking Deals

Great app but only works in downtown/city core area. Edit: I used to be able to see the pictures of the rate and the entrance of the lot now they are gone and you can only see how much your parking would cost by putting in different lengths of time to try. Bad move on the developer side.

Paid their fee to reserve a spot but the garage was full. The help number did not work, the help email would not send, and the app override the system's settings to show up (at night) on full brightness.

After reserving and paying for my parking the day before, I went to the lot. The scanner would not accept the provided code. When the attendant came over (many impatient drivers behind me), he said they had no record of the reservation andI had to take the matter up with the company who I made the reservation with. I had to pay again. I have tried calling, texting and emailing with no response. I will never use this service again!

I have tried to reach out to best parking about eight times to get a refund. It has been an absolute nightmare. We got in at 1 AM and went to use the parking voucher, the people at YEG Park2Go refused the voucher and told us that we were scammed. I couldn’t believe it after carefully researching and seeing all the five star reviews. Don’t believe them! Perhaps it works sometimes in some places, but when it doesn’t work, they will not help you, they will not give you a refund, they will not answer repeated messages. Please do yourself a favour and book directly with the parking companies. It’s not worth losing your money to this scamming company. I usually try to only leave good reviews, but I just don’t want other people to fall prey to this company.

Most parkings don’t take reservations though the app. It wouldn’t be an issue if and the rate info wasn’t often outdated or incorrect. For example if there is an event nearby, like a sports game, parkings tend to jack up the prices and it doesn’t show in the app. It sometimes works well, but after a few problems I lost faith in the info provided.

Simple to search, book and pay. I use PayPal instead of a credit card.

Why on earth would you removed the pictures of every parking lot? The infrastructure on this app is amazing, especially when going downtown to a crowded area and you can see exactly where you need to go rather than drive around blind? On the website there are pictures of every lot entrance and they used to be on the app as well until recently. This app is useless now when parking downtown...

This app to be so good that you could see the parking rate chart but not anymore. Looking for some other app now.

Love this app for all the great parking deals I can always find at garages near my locations when driving in to NYC! And to be able to reserve a spot!

According to your APP, the maximum rate for parking from 6 AM to 6 PM is $20. I was park there today from about 8.30 AM to 3.30 PM. I was charged for $25. You can reach me at 604-926-3288. Fred Tse
