So seems legit seen this app on a commercial during hockey game figured I would try it out. Site seemed fine until I went to cash out my winnings. Put in all my correct information for a e-transfer withdrawal. Waited over 2 weeks never got anything back( after on the app it said funds paid). Tried calling line never got through, finally got on hold with someone that tells me the number I called was an American call line. Tried the online chat via Canadian site and it is just a bunch of automated responses. Stay away from this site much better sites that pay you cash outs same day you win!

I place my bet and money is deducted from my bet-way account. And when i see my bets history of bets its empty. I win that all the bets i check that from google but no money is transfer to my account

I bet on the NBA game between LA clippers and Dallas Maverick. I selected Dallas win. Dallas won. Betway said I lost and ate my money. I asked support and they admit it’s a tech issue, said will be fixed in 2 hours. Still NOT returned! SCAM. Use Bwin instead.

Talked to 5 agents and emailed them 3 times to verify my account to simply withdraw my money. They always ask for one more document. Please just go with another sportsbook.
They don’t pay out
Signed up for casino and first deposit match bonus.
Neither bonus showed up when I signed up, had to talk to customer care which took hours. They assure me it was fixed,
I continue to use the app on sports betting and casino and a day later that neither promotional bonus was applied. When I talk to customer care again they took all my remaining funds out of my account and just left bonus casino cash.
Now I can’t withdraw or bet on sports.
They won’t do anything to fix it. Listen to all the reviews saying this is a scam.
Okay app, terrible morals
Takes over 2 days to process a withdrawal, very obviously making it easy for individuals who have gone over their limit to reclaim their winnings, system could be 100% automated, but they intentionally make it take FOREVER so you just respend it, not to mention their casino games are dodgy, very suspicious streaks that I’m seeing daily

Horrible service, some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Their love chat never works and it takes hours to talk to an agent. It takes so long for promotion bonuses and when you leave their live chat for more than 2 minutes it disconnects you. Horrible service, horrible app.
