Getting help from the support team not only takes for ever, but they do not work to resolve your issues. Bets are misleading (some specify in regular time and some don’t). You think you are placing a bet for money line but surprise, you lose your bet even when you win. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

I feel like a moron for using this app. I put hundreds of dollars into this app thinking it would give some small fair chance to the user, but it doesn’t. This app will guaranteed steal your money. Their games are designed to appear like you can win, but you can’t. I played a game and got a bonus immediately when playing with free plays that I was unable to cash the winnings on (unless I bet another mere $2000 apparently), but the minute I put my own money in, will always miss the bonus by one space (the odds of this happening on its own are lower than winning a lottery unless it’s rigged). Overall, this app has completely lost my confidence. It is completely in the control of the app developers and it’s designed to steal from you. They don’t care for their users and only want your money. I’m doing you a huge favour, save your money for real gambling, or just anything but this app. There were also 3 separate occasions (right now included) that if I don’t reach out to their support and wait on hold for half an hour, won’t receive the promotions, but really it doesn’t matter anyways because I’ll win some huge bonus on their low free bet that I can’t cash out anyways because like I said earlier, you gotta win a couple thousand to have a chance at withdrawing. This app is a complete scam I am so f** surprised that it has a high rate. As soon as you put you're phone number they WON'T stop calling you until you answer and the scariest part is that it is legit someone spamming you and wanting to talk to you about their dumb promos.Not only they call you under "UNKNOWN" but I also told her to stop calling me and she CONTINUED. THANK GOD I didn't put my credit card info even though the representative kept on pushing me to add money!! DONT DOWNLOAD. +++ You can't even REMOVE or modify YOUR PERSONAL INFO, it is sooo weird. I tried to search where I could delete my account and it is simply NOT possible, I can't remove my personal phone number out of the app.
