You know big w don’t have that mum needed. and check out what things are doing. and the lags are not even working anymore. It’s the worst app that I have ever seen >:(.

I bought a black ceiling fan from you guys two weeks ago. It was due to arrive last week and I’m still waiting. This is terrible service.

There’s a lot of bad reviews but there’s a 4.8 Rating and the good reviews are weird like bot’s and people liking the shop and not the app lol

hi :) such an easy online shopping experience impacted by poorly picked presents that were delivered with opened/damaged package and missing items .. one bad apple ..

I downloaded the Big W app so I could track an item I recently ordered (as was suggested after I completed my purchase). The tracking is extremely basic, and doesn’t include any updates that are very useful. So far I can only see that my order has been sent to the item vender - as it was a market place item - and that’s all that’s happened in five days. It’s definitely not detailed tracking for my purchase, and all the tracking of my info doesn’t seem like a very good trade off. Will be removing.

I downloaded the app but can’t get past “set your location”. I’ve entered multiple locations where I know there’s a Big W store but every time it says “no results found”. It won’t let me go any further.

Absolutely love using the app.. when you can’t get out like you use to it’s very handy.. deliveries are always fast.. I have recommended it to family and friends.. very convenient..

It take me to wrong items & won’t let me add to a wish list. Trying to go back not working properly

App Won’t recognise any location and so won’t open up for me. It worked about as well as I expected since the website never works for me either.
