It is practically impossible to contact Customer Service with this retailer. They have a stupid message system where nobody replies to your messages. You may find a bargain here, but don’t expect any Customer Service, it’s non-existent.

2 times they have delivered the wrong size. They don’t get back to me and when they do they only responded to say the items were delivered which was never the issue. So bad

Products taking very long, when you contact them it doesn’t work or no response from them.

It’s not recommended. I thought this oz online shopping was really good but it takes too long to deliver my order.

Pay but get nothing

Customer support does not respond for over a week after i sent a message with an order issue. They also used Aramex who are the worst delivery company imaginable and have not delivered my package after nearly a month. Would not recommend OZSALE to anyone and will avoid ever using them again.

I use OzSale and like shopping with the. Since the last update the app doesn’t work and just keeps loading with a message “no internet connection “. Please fix this issue. From reading other reviews, this has happened before.

The only place I buy my shoes …. Maybe too many shoes
