Good reliable app
The products are on time and the service is as expected. However some of the durable products (like dustbin etc.) came in a very soiled and dirty condition. Otherwise it has been a reliable service.

Bad technical process & bad customer service
The app chose another address by itself instead of the regular address for all my orders. The technical team & customer service has no solution to change the address for the current order though the order is literally in the same area, same pin code. And though the customer is messaging/ calling from registered number & requesting the change. Nor is the customer service placing the same order for me in the same time slot for same day. Basically the customer is penalised totally by having to cancel the order altogether, not getting items when needed & the grocery money stuck in an app which she can’t use till future weekend or so. App malfunction can happen, life & situations happen. Please learn to create solutions for it instead of blaming & penalising the customer totally
Poor service
The customers concerns are not heard even though there is a problem with their service. They just don’t help the customers. The customer service/ chats are meant to help customers but for this company it doesn’t seem to have the same function
