So one time when I learned that you can take off the wristband thing that you put around your arm for the watch and let me tell you I finally found it and it’s dead so I put it on the charger but either way I love the app

Easy to set up

My son loves this watch.. He is always going for the medals.. he doesn’t want to take it off!

It’s good because you can block games for school But its annoying when it starts beeping at school

Won’t track their sleep, have to keep reconnecting to fix time, is not intuitive at all.

The app does not connect to Apple Health. I bought a device expecting it to, but when it didn’t and I contacted customer support they told me the app would not connect. Do not purchase these products.

Love the watch but an awesome update would be more games and a passcode to get in to the watch and my kid is always wanting notifications so maybe fake notifications every like 15-20 mins and have like a robot sending notifications so hoping you’ll take my advice and put it in a new update

My son is eight years old and likes tracking his steps, but none of it sinks to the app and there’s no support, I’ve emailed them numerous times with no reply. So basically, it’s a pedometer that we can’t log the information or do anything else with.

I love this watch. This watch tracks my sleep, steps, heart rate, calories, and also does workouts and my parents want us to be a healthier family and this watch has it!! And we’re not allowed to use smart watches in our school and this is not a smart watch. It’s a fitness watch so it’s perfect for me to bring to school and my parents can track my data and it’s perfect so then they can see how I’m doing and stuff. and it’s a really good watch and it’s the perfect watch for ages five and 16 and also. it’s perfect for little kids if they want to track their sleep and stuff. Is a perfect watch and my dad says it’s a brilliant product and my mom has been trying two different watches. And none of them will work. The first one was Fitbit and for some reason the app wasn’t working and then the second was Garman Junior and the app wasn’t working also but bigger app is working and I love the act because it’s so organized and so productive. And we also are excited to see what happens in the future so thank you a bigger five!! You are a lifesaver.
