Simple, intuitive, and inexpensive. The higher tier plans are worth it for most businesses who won’t ever need to go to something more complicated if they can manage Bigin well. Has come along in leaps and bounds over the years and highly recommend it nowadays.
If you new to CRM, this is the best place to start. And its great knowing that your hard work in setting it up can be migrated to the full Zoho CRM when you are ready.

Zoho Bigin is a great CRM for small business, simple and uncluttered to use.
Bigin is great for managing sales pipelines and the automation set ups are great as well.
So I like how it is VERY easy to navigate, if you don't need to do too much customisation then this will work well. Much more user friendly than other options in the market.
