Bigin is supper easy to use! I have never used a CRM but my new job asked me to test it out! For someone that has never used a software like this it was very easy to use, set up and very functional. It is not overly complicated and very clean software. You have lots of customizable options, yet it has enough functionality to execute all the essential functions of a CRM for any small or medium size business. It is easy to setup, so you can quickly start to use it and it soon help you get your sales process organized. Pricing per user is very appealing and you’re not feeling like you’re purchasing a software at a heavy price point. excellent value for the price you pay for it, highly recommended!

Great options and great for small organizations just getting started that needs a CRM.
Started using it, haven't fully mastered it yet, but I can see that it's a very useful program for a handyman. Tried other CRMs, but this one is the most convenient so far.
Works well, creates pipelines and helps organize my contacts. One feature that bothers me is that ANY email becomes a customer and is pushed across the entire Zoho ecosystem.
