Bike Itaú

I tried several times with different a emails to sign in but it was impossible. Please make it easier for tourists, we only want to ride and enjoy the city.

This app is terrible for tourists. The registration process is laborious and the plans are not translated to English so you don’t know what plan you are buying. Took multiple attempts to get access to the bike and end the trip. Only realised I could hire the same bike from the Uber app after I started my trip.

Bugs, errors, cannot verify account due to not receiving texts.

App is not designed for tourists. It requires numerous verification steps: ID and mobile verification. What if you’re travelling and your phone can’t receive text messages? Also full of bugs and inconsistent error messages. Why do you make it so hard to use your bikes? Worst user experience ever. Anyway, if you finally manage to get hold of a bike it’s a lot of fun.

On iphone 5, continue is off edge of screen and can’t continue. How hopeless is that. Cant even start!

I created an account, added payment and everything but Error messages appear when I try to unblock without a way to resolve them.

Downloaded the app, registration doesn’t work, attempted to register it from the website, everything seems to be ok, money was charged from my credit card but still shows invalid login. So frustrating.

Fiquei bem decepcionado com o serviço hoje. Bikes quebradas, pneu furado… a impressão é de que falta manutenção. Pareceu um negócio abandonado.
