*** Please consider this before you download this app and subscribe to it. This company has the WORST logistics in the planet! In the summer there are no bikes! In the winter there are no docks to park! They fill every dock in the station in a whole area so when you come home, for 5 blocks away you can’t find any dock to park. When you finally find it, you are so close to the place that you took it that makes you feel like an idiot for had taken the bike in the first place! Besides, 90% of the bikes are damaged and they are ultra heavy even on the lightest gear. Plus, there are NO electric bikes, that’s a myth! I have subscription for over 5 years and I took an electric bike like less than 10 times! All uber eats use than so when you find one is always low battery! This is my last year with this! I waited too long for nothing to be changed! Please consider this before you download this app or subscribe to this service! ***

Most bikes are busted. My area never has bikes. Big disappointment. App is pretty basic.

Most of the bike docks showcase fake info (available bikes when they are not) there’s never bikes in some docks. And some othered where you need to arrive they are 100% packed and people need to travel to another furthest one to leave the bikes. Why charge per year and not have bikes available on winter? The maintenance to the bikes is poor, 70% of them feel super heavy.

Frequently there are empty docks.. I often end up just walking to my destination because there are no bikes available Waste of money don’t bother. Buy yourself a used bike instead

Good bikes and experience overall

I couldn’t rent a bike if my life depended on it. It loads for 5 mins when you scan a QR code and then exits the app. It makes me livid. It shouldn’t be this hard. I want to ride a bike. I want to give you my money. Why are you pushing me away?

They charge you $50 every time you want to use a bike and it takes 3-5 business days to get it back if you continue to keep using bikes you won’t get back your security deposit until you haven’t used a bike for a week or so definitely won’t recommend that’s $50 could’ve filled my gas tank

This app is extremely frustrating and bad. Several times I tried to get a bike and a message saying “We apologize, something went wrong. Try again.” would come up. So I deleted and then redownload the app. Same thing. Over and over. Since I had planned to take a bike to my meeting or appointment, I ended up having to spend money on a costly Uber to get to my destination(s). PLEASE FIX THIS.
