Can you please help me recover my account that is about Level 100 or 200, i am starting from the very beginning and I hate it lol, my game was connected to facebook, but when I try to connect it the progress doesn't sync. Can you do something about this. Thanks so much.

it’s such a fun game until most of the time the app keeps on crashing and losing most of my tickets. i hope we can have our tickets back!! I hate it when these things happen. Hope you can work on this problem

Just played today under tournament. I have lots of lines but when I click BINGO, it would say BAD BINGO. Please explain why. Just so dismayed... will not play till tomorrow. hopefuly you can fix it. Thanks.
