I had to complete a reinstall of my device without backup as something was draining my battery. Lost all data on my game. When I tried to get support, they ask for information as a general player you would not have like what level, how many gems and what is the games support ID.??? Lost 6 years of levels, boosts etc. Support no help whatsoever. Game deleted!

So there the game is good and stuff but it has issues and bugs like no internet connection and I can’t do anything about it so that why I need to see if it really working beacuse it forcing me not to play it but that what I rate it

I play this game every day and enjoy playing but it is ready for an update when I play to win the 10 wins its always the same early games getting really boring now
