Upload Failed; verification documents

Tried multiple documents around 100 times with two accounts at uploading step but seems like they did not want to accept, stupid system and when try to chat its same usual AI generated limited responses NOT a real person who can reply. Even cannot find answers on FAQ. It doesn’t let me upload any document. Always shows “Upload Failed” even file size below 10mb
