I send bitcoins for over one hour yet to receive it to my other wallet

Fast and productive

It is a good and stable app, even I face with glitch or multiple notifications from log-in but it’s a strong one to use.

Not efficient as you might expect

The commission is overwhelmed and expensive. It really hard to use the app. And, there's no showing percent of loss and gain.

Worst support

Can’t reach live support or call center. Verification took over 48 hrs still not approved yet. NOT RECOMMENDED !! Better look for other option where your money is really safe.

Don’t bother

I spent hours jumping thru hoops to do everything required for an account (including a bunch of extra stuff for Americans)only to get some vague responses to why I didn’t get approved. I’m guessing they mean Americans are blocked from the service. (Same as physical brokers in Thailand) logging in is a pain with the authenticator they require and the pop ups are in Thai only (some stupid contest?) 1. Application process terrible 2. No Approval despite promises of its in the works 3. Customer service/ support worthless 4. Parts of App not translated to English 5. No Americans allowed? If I didn’t have a friend who was successfully using it I’d think it was a scam to collect all my sensitive personal data.
