Be aware! The app will not work overseas

This is a nightmare if you travel overseas. K Bank needs to correct this issue. I don’t have this problem with my other bank from Thailand. If K Bank doesn’t correct this problem soon it’s time to close the account because it’s useless if you’re a person that travels or foreigner. Totally ridiculous for such a prominent bank.

Broken app

This app is broken I thought at first it was because of my iphone15 is from T-Mobile a phone company In America but that can’t be the case because when I try the others Thailand banks app they work even the other k-plus’s Laos & Vietnam app but not the one for Bangkok and I’m living In Thailand and can’t get this app to work. Please fix it I need it soon to send money back home to my family when I move to America

Good app but no Apple Pay??!

How can a bank with so many digital ambitions and a decent app not support Apple Pay??!! That’s like the most basic thing… very disappointed to have to use a foreign credit card only because using yours means I actually need to drag mine with me like in the 1990s

Force user to accept policy that’s not user responsibility

K-Bank

Doesn’t work in foreign countries. Got a new phone, tried to use the app and it said need to be on 3G/4G and not wifi or hotspot. I was on cellular the whole time.

อยู่ ต่างประเทศ เปลี่ยน โทรศัพท์ใหม่ ปัญหาคือ โหลดแอฟมาแล้ว ทำไรไม่ได้ แต่รับopt ได้ เบื่อ จริงๆ

ใช้งานในต่างประเทศห่วยมาก

ลบแล้วลงใหม่ ตอนนี้กลายเป็นว่าใช้งานแอพไม่ได้เลย แล้วตอนนี้ยังไม่สะดวกกลับไทยด้วย วุ่นวายมาก ยิ่งอัพเดทยิ่งแย่

Stop already!

Stop with the "updates" already! You already broke the app to where I just went and deleted this horrible trash. Why do you keep updating when it's working fine!? Now it no longer works on wifi and asks me if I want to restart because session has expired and then when I say no it closes and when I say yes it freezes! If you don't know what you're doing then you need to get a job as a taxi driver instead. Your coding is absolute trash! So sick of this!
