愚蠢的功能
一个相当愚蠢的app、当你录入ID时候、它发一直显示无法录入、因为有反光无法拍照。我大概换了各种角度、完全没有反光的情况下、还是无法录入。请问这个app存在的意义是不希望人们使用吗？
Doesnt work and Customer Service is trash
Besides not working for it's intended purpose of paying for things, the app is also buggy and crashes frequently. The customer services only recommendation was to use a different service and provided no help whatsoever. If you can avoid it, you'll be a happier person.
The Registration is Insane
To register, you need to scan your passport if you are a foreigner. It won’t take the photo if there is even the tiniest bit of reflection…..the information page is reflective itself. Spent days trying different lighting just to keep failing. And no, there is no option to manually input the info. Just going to uninstall.
Cannot create an account
When I put in my number and verify the pin I get sent to a page all in Thai & can’t create an account.
Failing to register with Passport
They let non-thais open account with passport, but cannot process in the app.

Bruh, The Help Section, Is All In Taiwanese & The Phone Numbers All Have To Be In The Format Of "(0**)***-****".
Junk Company
Cannot connect a bank or credit card even if it is from Thailand unless you are Thai. Cannot use a foreign card either. Contacted customer support and was “number 1” in line. Waited a half an hour. No one answered. I can not close the account now without customer service and they now have my passport info and other details and I can’t use the app.
Hard to get approved
I have been trying to sign up but still declined for 6 times already.
Wish it worked.
No matter how many times I try to upload a scan of my passport I keep getting the same error message.
