BitMart: Trade BTC, ETH, SHIB

I’m a day trader and I made effort to leave a review to explain how unbelievably horrible this app is… They make it complicated to any and every thing! To get in touch with support is even difficult! I had BTC and the fees to withdraw on it is ridiculous… I’d give it zero stars if I could. The apps works as it’s supposed to it’s just horrible. Dont waste your time.

What’s optimized on withdrawals and deposits because it’s now taking 1-2 hrs?

I’ve been using BitMart for 5 years and have enjoyed it w no problems.

Never had an issue with this exchange. Easy to off ramp to tether. Quickly on transfers.

Very disappointing interaction with both chat and email representatives. Attention to detail is poor. Had to ask the same question over and over. Had to validate my account multiple times after sending selfie. Once you send a selfie with date and ID what else is there to prove identity?

The worst part is when I lost over 1000$ over suspension coins without any explanation or further notice

We should all sue this app together. I had about 1000 in my wallet 2 years ago, I came back to login.. now they are saying my passwords are not valid, and then also put in a request to reset my information with my new email. They never reached back out to me, and this app also randomly logs you out. They don’t let you withdraw the money into your bank account with updating to versions you have to pay for. DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO THIS SCAMMER APP

Lost about $33,000 with BitMart, someone access my account and sold my crypto, then transferred them to their wallet. I never got a notification nor the app asked me for permission of the sales of my cryptos, and the transfer of my cryptos. How could sometime I get locked out of my account but somebody else can access my account, sell my cryptos and transfer them to their wallet? It doesn’t make no sense. When I contacted BitMart, they locked me out of my account for almost 4 days to run a security measure and asked me to change my email and provide photo ID and selfie to make sure this is really my account. I wish if they would have done the same thing to the person who access my account and stole my cryptos, but I bet it was so easy for them to do that. My advice is to get your cryptos out of this BitMart and run as fast as you can before, you lose them, find you a better secure account to trade cryptos on!!!
