Underdeveloped App
I am never able to sign in the minute I want. Verification code rarely gets sent to my number to allow me to sign in. Avoid that app. You can lose a lot of money just waiting to sign in let alone how far off the features are compared to other more refined exchanges. Also tried to contact support but never got a reply.

User friendly with guided assistance ! I highly recommend using Bitmart !!!
No Sign In Support Funds Not Available
This app worked for a while now it signs you out and its hard to get your money out…trade min was 3 now 5
Stealing is a crime
Every dang month BitMart removes stocks I own I got a message today on several and when o tried to sell or remove them it was not allowed, or would not work. Today I am removing all my shares off BitMart Bad system
Steal money
Not only did they steal my 1000 usdt. Now they also blocked my account without explanation. Run away from this app as fast as possible.

Very slow. Probably needs better servers to handle the traffic it’s getting.
The worst
Literally the worst app for investing or trading. Horrible interface. Extra buttons that don't do anything. Unable to actually buy anything. Shouldn't have re downloaded almost forgot why I deleted
