HIGH TRADING FEES
Please don’t trade futures with them.. they collect extremely high rates…. I’ll close a position on profit only to see my profit was taken and I’m on downdrawn. Really useless app

A very slow platform. You can’t also open a position on market, it’ll get cancelled. Definitely time wasting

Network Error
Bitmart has a terrible network service. You have to always refresh for it to be somewhat stable. Pretty annoying and frustrating!

The app keep complaining of unstable network even though I have a very strong internet connection please work on this
