Log-in issue
It requires me to log-in everytime I open it. It’s time consuming and really impractical.

SUPER INCONVENIENT
Takes too long to load, logs out, gets stuck on white screen. Web version better
As Good As The Web App
With version 9.4., both the iOS and iPadOS ports are quick and reliable, with the iPadOS port smartly utilizing its extra screen area.
Faulty
unlike other university apps this is so much slower like whenever i just leave or check my notifs the app will start reloading again. One more thing is when i try to check like the gradebook or something, it’ll just open different screens and not the one i’m pressing
Slow, laggy, has a lot of bugs
I think an update that fixes this errors like opening a certain account of your professor is so slow and laggy, pls optimize your app.
Frequent Auto Log-out…
It automatically logs out when clicking X.. too many bugs with this log in and logging out.. sometimes it requires me to retype my log in credentials twice since it failed to log in.. it refreshes but brings me back to log in page
Lag
I have an okay internet but whenever I use this app to check on my courses or grades, it’s laggy and delay. Please get a professional to improve this app/web. It takes so much time to open contents, etc.
It won’t stay logged in for long enough
Unlike before it will take 2-3days (which is acceptable) before you’re going to re-log in but now if you press (X) then you have to log back in which is annoying and inconvenient. Hoping this bug will be fixed soon. We don’t want to miss our activities just because we press (X) accidentally. Please do fix the bugs, Thank you.

9.1 Crashed the App
Was doing alright then now it crashed on the latest update on iPadOS. Please improve your mobile app and invest in good developers because the UI is already slow, choppy, and some parts are designed confusely and now I cannot even open the app. Thank you.
