Most frustrating app ever!
It never keeps you signed in and take another 10-15 minutes to get you signed in - not accepting login details. Then it SOMETIMES works… Basically un-usable.

Log in problem
App keeps logging me out even if “keep me logged in” box is ticked. When trying to log in the app buffers on a black screen.
Continuously being logged out
After the newest update, Blackboard keeps Logging me out It is completely frustrating as I am just trying access my content and cannot. Please fix this. Lots of my friends are experiencing this too.
Notifications
Really good app but we need notifications.
Needs some login work
This app has made my school platform more easily accessible and I like that. It would be great if it could use biometric login or at least remember our username and we just have to type the password, at the very least. That would make it a lot better. Thanks!
Some improvements
Would be great if the app loaded a bit quicker, or at least did updates in the background. PLEASE REMOVE PREVIOUS YEARS ITEMS/COURSES. This is very frustrating, as one doesn’t need the old modules that are anyway mostly closed again once completed. Otherwise convenient.
Not PDF friendly
You cannot scroll on a PDF document saved onto blackboard with more than one page. On both the iPhone and iPad app. It will not move from the first page. That issue is not there on a laptop.
Mobile interface is not fully functional
Mobile interface does not give you the same view on iOS as on the Laptop. You can’t scroll down on the documents on the mobile interface.

The new update doesn’t have my university👎
Keeps logging out.
For the past year after not opening the app for a day it logs me out and then the struggle starts to get logged in again 🤦🏼♂️
