Very difficult to use
since the 2FA the platforms keeps resetting and if I want to read an article from top to bottom I have to enter in the app twice. It became such a nuisance.

why does it make you sign in every time you open the app
Difficult To Use
My college uses BlackBoard so I’ve had no choice but to use it, and there has never been a day where it’s an app that’s easy to use. On computer/laptop, it’s mildly frustrating, a bit slow and glitchy, but bearable. The mobile app is a total disaster, frequently logging me out, always slow, not even a very user-friendly layout. It’s glitchy and has genuinely put me off doing work because I don’t want to use it ✨ Please do something I still have another year left at college. Two stars was generous.

Only 1 improvement
Sure the app looks cleaner but it’s still the same crappy app as before, it constantly requires you to login which takes years to load, no multitasking support (which arguably is the most useful thing this app could have), pressing the back button doesn’t take you back to your module page it takes you back to the entire module menu (even worse it does this inconsistently making it more frustrating) and it reloads every time you go to your Home Screen. I don’t know what bugs they think they’re squashing or what improvements they’re doing because it’s still the same horrible app experience. The only thing I can think they added to improve is panopto support.

Yeah now is much better i can learn at home more better like i do now in the late night because i like silent. I want to learn on here online session and one time weekly in classroom! Please x thankyou dear
Blackboard App
The App isn’t functional. It continually signs out and takes multiple attempts to sign back in. Nothing loads properly, so not able to use it at all
Only showing me the web app every time i sign in and not allowing me to use the mobile version
The mobile version of black board is so much better and ever since the last two updates I have not been able to use it. Sort your app out, it’s bad and currently useless
Will not sign in
Have used the Blackboard App for 2 years and never had any major issues. Latest version does not work at all. Can’t get past the log in screen
