It looks like a scam company doing fraud
I could not use my Blackcat card, my money are not available. I was logged out of my account and cannot login anymore. I am to file a claim to Maltese financial regulator and police on fraud.

In regards to the new European restrictions, we are currently obliged to ask Russian citizens who reside outside Russia to provide a residence permit as address proof to access SEPA payments. SEPA payments are not available for Russian citizens who reside in Russia.

Persistent Issues and Lack of Transparency at Blackcatcard
Facing ongoing SEPA payment problems with Blackcatcard isn't just inconvenient; it's their silence that's alarming. With funds trapped, and a past incident of lost cryptocurrency without a clear resolution, it's a continuous cycle of disappointment
I don't recommend it
A team of people who understand nothing about banking. How were they even allowed to manage the funds of three parties? They can't close the account or provide a statement for three months already. The questions from Black Cat were as absurd. They don't even analyze what they're asking.

Not returrn money
10 days ago, I sent 2200 USDT from my wallet. It says the transaction is completed, but the money hasn't arrived in the specified wallet. Support says it's a technical issue, and the funds will be refunded, but it's already been 11 days, and they still haven't returned.
The worst ever
Definitely the worst service. They have been ignoring requests to close the account for several months, secretly charging a commission. I do not recommend to anyone
Got my card but app doesn't work (no account, no support page, only can login )
Support don't work, I can not see my account. I can only login inside that's all. On website support also don't work and show 404 error. Looks like a fraud :(
FRAUD!
Be aware that this company and their “partner” who provides cryptocurrency services are Frauds and can still your funds with any next update of the app. In my case some funds were missed on BTC wallet after update in October 2022 and the response of their support is still: we need some time to fix the problem.
More than 3 months couldn’t receive my btc
more than 3 months ago I send btc on my wallet. and I still don’t receive that transaction. Each month I wrote to support. and each time I received answer like “our new partner diginord are investigating…”.
