I’m from Ukraine and now temporary live in Romania and also wanted to install this app but after you want some more temporary documents but I don’t have ones and email for help to support but I see that support team doesn’t want to help me in this matter, it’s a pity! No support service at all, no response.

Where is my money?

I sent money from Joompay to Wise. It’s been 3 days and i haven’t received money yet. Could you anybody help me? I can’t contact to anyone!

Blocked for no reason

I've tried to pass the verification but unsuccessful. the support told me you are blocked for bi reason, nobody asked me for more info or documents to pass verification, no one even tried to help me. Just message WE HAD TO BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT. I'm Ukrainian refugee looking for a good bank service to accept money support from my parents and pay for apartment, meal etc. Bad service, can't recommend this bank.

Блокування акаунту

Створив акаунт , закинув кошти (476 €) і миттєво заморозило карту , просило верифікувати особистість але я загубив паспорт коли тікав від війни , думав получиться пройти верифікацію через друга ,але ні , акаунт заблоковано . Тех підтримка не відписує
