They closed my account without any reason
The reasons for closing the account and blocking the cards are not true, since I topped up my account 2-3 times from my other cards, and also paid for services (restaurant, cafe) with your card. They closed my account and blocked credit card because of clauses 12 and 20 : To use Genome Wallet or Genome Services for any unlawful or illegal purposes including without limitation fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal or illegal activities; To make or receive Transactions to / from natural or legal persons involved into fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal or illegal activities; And other same reasons. When I asked help service to explain me what exactly I did under the law, they told me : we are not able to explain the reason…..
BLOCKED WITHOUT A REASON
One of the worst banks, totally NOT recommend to use it. They will block all your funds and say “we can not tell you why we did it, it’s our policy”

Заблокировали, мой аккаунт и аккаунт моей мамы , просто в один день, раньше пользовались аккаунтом приблизительно 2 года, каждый месяц платили за обслуживание 5 евро… потом ни с того ни с чего в один день заблокировали мой аккаунт и аккаунт моей мамы, без объяснение причины и без какого либо предупреждения. Я думаю это связано с тем что мы Украинцы🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦. То есть в это сложное время для страни и для людей, еще заграничные финансовые платформы Европейского происхождения ставят палки в колеса…. Очень обидно То что вы пишите что бы написать на почту и узнать причину блокировки , так я это сделал и мне просто сказали: «согласно нашему пункту 12 или пункту 20 наш сервис имеет за собою право заблокировать вашу учетную запись, более подробно почему это случилось мы не можем вам объяснить, приносим извинение» то есть по вашему это ответ ???
