Ich finde die App super, aber ich finde es schade, dass die Übungen nicht automatisch nach 60 Sekunden weiter gehen. Sondern das man auf dem Pfeil weiter klicken muss. Das wäre meiner Meinung nach zu verbessern. Schön wäre es auch, wenn im Hintergrund der Übungen leise Musik laufen würde.

It’s been at least 4 weeks that I can’t open the application. It says it is going to be updated but it doesn’t work. It’s a pity.

Tolle Übungen zum Dehnen

Die Übungen selber sind klasse. Man muss nur super genau auf die Bewegungen schauen. Eine Fortschritt währe, dass man die Sekunden aktivieren könnte und es vielleicht eine Sprachinformation dazu gibt.

Ich nutze die App regelmässig und gerne für schnelle Trainings zwischendurch oder zum cooldown nach einem Training. Ganzheitliche, vielfältige Übungen. Seit dem letzten Update vermisse ich, dieApp auf iPad horizontal nutzen zu können. Und um zur nächsten Übung klicken zu können muss man neu zweimal klicken. Einmal damit der Pfeil erscheint und einmal um den Pfeil zu betätigen

Die absolvierten WO werden irgendwo unerreichbar gespeichert

Als Anfänger finde ich mich in der App nicht oder nur schlecht zurecht. Nachdem ich ein Workout absolviert habe, wird es gespeichert, ist aber nicht mehr auffindbar. Es sollte einen Trainingsplan für Einsteiger geben. Vielen Dank.
