Fantastic Service

I can’t recommend Blade enough. I flew Nice to Monaco in a private helicopter with some friends and the service from pick-up to drop of was excellent. I booked a flight for my son joining a few days later but his flight was cancelled and he missed his Heli. Julie in Customer service was amazing and allowed me to change the booking very easily and I used it as a return back to Nice. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends. Thank you Blade Team.

Breached their own T&Cs, withheld money

Avoid Blade at all costs, go with Uber Copter …or even walk! My scheduled flights between JFK and Manhattan were cancelled due to a UN airspace restriction, Customer Services proceeded to try and do everything they could (against their own Terms of Service) to keep my money, eventually ignoring my emails. If it wasn’t for Amex, Blade would still holding onto my cash. Possibly the worst and most unprofessional experience from any kind of business, I’ve had the displeasure of experiencing.

Great idea, app a little buggy for NYC airport transfers

Just booked first chopper flight, no availability came up using the pre selectable routes in NYC for the $195. But searching manually eventually brought up required flight JFK to NYC West.

Winners don't do spam.

Spammers. Junk email senders. Call them what you will, at least you can be assured this app will crash your device. Presumably their main service is as cavalier towards customers - in which case, go elsewhere.
