Blink Home Monitor

Spent close to $200 only to realise that the live view works whenever it feels like. I have to literally force shut and open the app a couple of times to check out the live view. Even then, it takes so long for it switch on. Unbelievable. Blink, get your act together and send out an update/fix to speed things up. The superb hardware is ruined by the app experience and sometimes rendered useless by it too!

Can’t believe a company owned by Amazon has such a weak app experience. The blink cameras are great out of the box but is made weak just by this app alone. Imagine such great products are made useless just because the app that utlilises them are coded horribly! Please upgrade the app experience!

Lot need to be improved, the app looks like in beta phase. Please rewrite/fix performance issues....

Dude i updated the app yesterday and you have another useless update today!! How bad are your code writing skills? Are you guys nuts? Updating every 7 days? Have you forgotten how to write decent code that doesnt need patching everyday? Shameful!

I love the device it’s clear and does what it suppose to. I had one accouter where someone hacked in and was speaking to my son but I tightened my security and praying it dormant happen again

I got the blink camera systems during Prime Day Deals and the price was absolutely unbeatable. I paid about $40 total for the outdoor camera AND the doorbell camera. Not $40 each! $40 total! You can’t beat that. The quality is amazing, and I just got the subscription plan for $10/month (the free trial is 30 days). I honestly have no complaints. I’m kindve a cheapskate so i don’t know if I would’ve ever ordered it at full price. But I will tell you this, if I had to go back after using these cameras for a month, they are well worth it even at full price. So don’t fret if you don’t have the coupons as I did, it’s still worth it!

Don’t get this camera! Easy broken, Total 4 cameras but first year broken two, connect so slow, want to use camera see something taking to long….. ! Don’t waste money on this!

Very unreliable product with or without Sync Module. Incompetent customer service. Skip ALL Blink products. Pay a bit more and get a reliable product.
