The most useless app I have ever downloaded. Doesn’t work and never has

The fact that you have to sit and wait 11 minutes for the APP to scan for a device that is IN FRONT OF ME to tell me that it can not find the device says it all. A complete waste

Complete trash of an app. Never even got to the password portion without errors coming back. Had to hard reset twice to start over. Just bought an Arris device. Go buy Netgear and save yourself the headache.

I want to block zoom or youtube and cannot do that. How the company employed such useless people into the job? Basic ops are not possible and wildcards dont work and have to research where the app fails and found its time to research and buy a product with good software, i will never recommend arris products which are useless to users and make money. How come such an worst product is sold? Apps and web are worthless and cannot stop a device or block a website or app easily. 0 star is not possible so 1 star to improve the product and software. Give your customers a chance to choose hat they want and dint show your weaknesses.

An Internet search told me that I could use this piece of garbage app to test the speed on my modem which is an Arris. Of course to do this I had to jump through a few hoops. Then I find out that option doesn't exist. There is literally no point to having this app especially if you've already been using the modem and all you wanted to do was test the speed.

Relatively painless

I have several decades of experience working with routers, modems, etc. This is the first time I've been so perplexed that a piece of hardware and software that has gone public, also went Rogue at the same time. It's a wasye of money, People. Beware!!

I have NEVER had so many issues with an app as I have had with this one. I deleted it and will just learn to live without the functionality that every other app in the world provides. One of the most laughable things (and the last straw) was that the keyboard that appears when you need to type your credentials, does not have parentheses. I screenshot the keyboard(s) and asked my family to help me find the parentheses. I tried several times and deleted the app hoping it was a bug. Nope. One of the other issues was that none of my connected devices showed up in the app, I kept getting a message that remote access through my mobile device was not available (even though I set it up with my mobile device). There were many more ridiculous issues, so I decided it was not worth the heartburn.
